Start the day off right with this VANILLA BERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE! This shake is made with clean, nourishing ingredients like frozen banana, mixed berries, soy milk, and vanilla vegan protein powder. It’s my go-to post workout fix, it’s my favorite way to replenish! Packed with protein, antioxidants, and fiber, this smoothie is nutrient balanced and will help you feel your best!
Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (I used Ascent)
- 1 tbsp nut butter (I used Nuttzo 7 seed butter)
- Handful of ice
Add all ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a cup, swirl with extra nut butter and garnish with freeze dried strawberries, if desired. Enjoy!
