These banana bread baked oats are healthy, made in a blender, and fit to serve a crowd! This easy breakfast is naturally sweetened with fruit and made with wholesome ingredients like rolled oats, plant milk, and peanut butter. Plus a sprinkle of chocolate chunks for good measure, of course. The cake is soft and fluffy, with hints of banana, and swirls of peanut butter and rich dark chocolate. Banana Bread Baked Oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate chunks
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the peanut butter and chocolate chunks. Blend until smooth and pour into a 6 inch skillet or 8 by 8 baking dish. Swirl in desired amount of peanut butter and sprinkle on the chopped chocolate. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
