Smoothie Bowl Sunday is here and we’re starting the day off with this Chunky Monkey Smoothie Bowl 🤩 this frozen treat is made from frozen bananas and oat milk ice cubes, forming the creamy base of this delicious bowl. Swirled with pretty vanilla bean flakes, with chopped walnuts and chocolate folded in, forming an irresistible smoothie bowl that’s healthy enough for breakfast but tastes like dessert! And don’t forget to serve them in your coconut bowls for good measure
Chunky Monkey Smoothie Bowl
- 4 frozen bananas
- 2 cups frozen oat milk cubes
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @nuzest_usa)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped chocolate chunks
Blend the bananas, oat milk cubes, milk, paste, and powder together in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy, using the tamper stick to push down the contents. Fold in the chopped walnuts and chocolate. Pour into coconut bowls @coconutbowls , top with extra walnuts and chocolate chunks, and enjoy!
