Making these Dark Chocolate Pistachio Clusters all summer long! Easy to make, no baking required, and guaranteed to satisfy your chocolate cravings. Nutty, crunchy pistachios dressed in luscious melted dark chocolate, finished with a sprinkle of sea salt. They're perfectly rich and bold in flavor--the perfect snack or little treat to finish the night!
- 2 1/2 cups raw, shelled pistachios
- 1 cup dark chocolate of choice (I used @lilys_sweets)
- sea salt
Place the chocolate in a heat proof glass bowl over a small pot of boiling water. Once chocolate has melted, add in the pistachios and stir until completely covered.
Cover two baking sheets with parchment paper. Spoon the chocolate covered pistachios from the bowl and drop them in clusters on the parchment paper. Place them in the refrigerator until chocolate has set. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt and serve. Enjoy!!
