Peanut Butter Pretzel Crack Bars
- 1 1/2 cups smooth natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups organic crispy rice cereal
- 2 cups pretzels
- 1 cups vegan chocolate chips, melted
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth. Then start in the crispy rice, cereal, and the pretzels. Line an 8 x 8 brownie pan with parchment paper and pat the mixture into the pan. Pour the melted chocolate chips over the crispy rice base and put in the freezer to set for 30 minutes. Remove, cut into 2 inch squares, and enjoy.
