- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
In a small jar, combine the oats, seeds, water, and milk, stirring to combine. Screw on the lid and pop into the fridge overnight. The following morning, slice the banana into coins and set a pan over medium low heat. Add the coconut oil, allow to melt, and add the banana coins. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and place on top of the oats. Garnish oats with berries and peanut butter. Enjoy!
