If you couldn't tell, I love my oatmeal! With fig season upon up, there's no other way I'd rather eat these beauties than in this Berry Fig Overnight Oats! Creamy oat and chia seed base topped with irresistibly sweet figs, bursting black and blue berries, and finishes with a dollop of peanut butter! One of my favorites and it will become yours too!
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- handful of sliced figs
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
In a small jar, combine the oats, seeds, water, cacao powder, and milk, stirring to combine. Screw on the lid and pop into the fridge overnight. The following morning, top with the figs, berries, and peanut butter. Enjoy!
