Cauliflower has never looked so good 😎
These Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are my latest obsession—sourdough cracker crumb coated cauliflower, baked until golden and irresistibly crispy, then dredged in a mildly spicy buffalo sauce. Who knew vegetables could taste so good? Flavorful, addicting, and finger licking good 😉
Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup plant based milk
- 2 cups crackers of choice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with the plant based milk and leave to marinate for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, finely crumble the crackers into a coarse powder and mix in the salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
Dredge the cauliflower through the crumbs, covering fully. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining cauliflower. Air fry for 18-20 minutes, turning the cauliflower halfway through cooking.
Meanwhile, whisk together the hot sauce and oil until smooth. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower, gently tossing to coat. Return to the air fryer for 5 minutes.
Serve the cauliflower with extra buffalo sauce and favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
