Peach Dump

Still got summer peaches? Then this recipe is for you 😉 This Peach Dump is pretty much what it sounds like, just throw everything together and bake it! It doesn’t get much simpler than this and my whole family just loved this recipe. The peaches become caramelized with the sauce, making it perfect to serve with ice cream. Again, it’s super simple but sooo good!

Peach Dump

 

- 8 to 10 peaches
- 1/2 cup coconut butter, melted (can sub coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp bourbon (optional)
- chopped almonds, to garnish
- dairy free ice cream to serve

 

preheat the oven to 350°F and grab a 9 x 11 baking dish. Place the peaches in the dish, and sprinkle over the coconut sugar and pour over the coconut butter.Drizzle over the vanilla and bourbon if using and bake in the oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the peaches have softened in the sauce is bubbling around the peaches. Serve the peaches with ice cream and a sprinkle of almonds. Make sure to remove the pits and enjoy!!
