STRAWBERRY COCONUT GLAZE SMOOTHIE

With its refreshing sweetness and nutritional benefits, this drink is perfect anytime of day—whether you’re starting your morning with a burst of energy to treating yourself to a delightful pick me up. Every sip is a full of fruity goodness, mellowed by swirls of creamy coconut.
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Coconut cream
- Strawberry purée (mashed strawberries)
In a blender, combine the almond milk, strawberries, powder, dates, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth. Layer the mashed strawberries into the bottom of a cup and spoon in a few tablespoons of coconut cream. Pour in the smoothie and swirl. Enjoy!
