Pomegranate Oatmeal with Caramelized Bananas and Cacao Nibs

This bowl was super delicious and makes for such a cozy way to start the day. The recipe for this one is incredibly simple and can be found down below, so you can recreate this bowl for breakfast in the morning!

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Pomegranate arils
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Cacao nibs

Cook the oats over the stove with the water and milk until absorbed and creamy. Mash half of the banana and stir it in along with a shake of cinnamon if desired and pour into a bowl. Heat up a small pan over medium-low heat and add in the coconut oil. Slice the remaining banana in half and grill until golden brown cut-side down. Serve over the oatmeal, and top with cacao nibs and pomegranates. Add an extra splash of almond milk and enjoy!
